3. Intellectual Property

Builder & Gardener Coaching Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Builder & Gardener coaching program, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) provided by Builder & Gardener Ministries (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by [Your Name or Business Entity].

Please read carefully before purchasing or participating.

1. Program Overview

Builder & Gardener offers faith-based coaching programs to help Christian women launch and grow ministries. Program details (e.g., number of sessions, duration, deliverables) are outlined on the respective sales page or onboarding email.

2. Client Expectations

By participating, you agree to:

  • Take responsibility for your personal growth and ministry development
  • Complete assignments between sessions
  • Engage fully and honestly in coaching conversations
  • Show up on time for all scheduled sessions

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Missed or no-show sessions may be forfeited and are not refundable.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling.
  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within the designated program timeframe.

4. Payment & Fees

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Payment is required in full (or via an approved payment plan) before access is granted.
  • All program fees are listed on the checkout page or invoice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital coaching and access to proprietary content, no refunds will be provided. If extenuating circumstances arise, requests may be submitted in writing for Coach’s review, but approval is not guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or sensitive information shared in sessions will remain confidential unless required by law or with your express written permission.

7. Use of Testimonials & Feedback

By participating in our programs, you agree that any feedback, quotes, testimonials, or survey responses you voluntarily provide may be used by Builder & Gardener Ministries for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, with or without name attribution.
You may request anonymity by contacting us in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including coaching frameworks, videos, PDFs, templates, and resources) are the exclusive property of Builder & Gardener Ministries. These are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Your results depend on your commitment, personal decisions, and application of the material.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program if you breach any terms, behave in a way that is disrespectful or disruptive, or fail to meet agreed-upon expectations. No refunds will be issued if termination is due to client misconduct.

11. Governing Law
