We do not offer refunds on digital products, coaching packages, or courses once access has been granted. This policy is in place to respect the time and resources that go into creating and delivering our content.

Coaching Sessions

​Rescheduling of coaching sessions requires 24-hour notice. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless due to an emergency and at the discretion of Builder & Gardener.
